Insider trading refers to the collusion between different parties to profit from illegally obtained information that is non public.
So what can you call collusion between members of the justice system who have sworn to uphold the law of the state and protect citizens’ rights but who choose to ignore the laws on the books and prefer to uphold their own laws?
Perhaps Insider Judicial?
That seems to be the case inside the courtroom of the Honorable Judge Lawrence Joseph O’Neill of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California, which is located in Fresno, California.
As a former Police officer with the City of San Leandro from 1973 to 1976, Judge Lawrence J. O’Neill would seem to be the perfect candidate to sit on the bench and render the most fair and equitable decisions for the people who appear before him.
Judge was appointed as a Federal Magistrate Judge in 1999 and served out his full eight year term until 2007, when he was elevated by former President George W. Bush to the Federal Judiciary ranks on September 6, 2007, receiving his commission on April 17, 2008.
Notwithstanding his outstanding achievements, Magistrate Judge Anthony J. O’Neill had already started to show his inclination for disregarding the law of the land by making decisions that were not within his judicial power to make.
In 2006, before ascending to District Court Judge, Magistrate Judge Anthony J. O’Neill exceeded his own authority and issued an illegal search warrant against a California resident. When motion was filed that the warrant was illegal, Magistrate Judge Anthony J. O’Neill denied the motion, again exceeding his authority. Not until it was pointed out to him that Magistrate Judges do not have the authority to issue such orders that he finally relented and vacated his very own orders.

To put what Mr. Anthony (well-stated, by the way!) simply: someone wants to shut Michael Ioane up, and shut him up badly. That much is really obvious. Maybe the judges want a lengthy trial or to make someone into an example, but I don’t know: who are they friends with and are they getting any money they shouldn’t?

The proceedings in the Michael Ioane case in the Fresno (Ca) District Court have been obnoxious, to say the least. If the government high-handedness was not enough to rain misery on Michael Ioane, the virtual paralysis on the part of California State Bar Association to take action against the misdemeanors of the prosecutors and judges is making sure that the misfeasors go scot free while the victims continue to suffer for being honest citizens of this so-called “Democratic” country.
The entire saga of Michael Ioane case played out in front of the upholders of the Constitution of the country reeks of vicious trap against Ioane fuelled by corruption, criminal conspiracy, cover-up, constitutional violations and other unspeakable acts that do not sit nicely on the shoulders of people with authority.
With power comes responsibility, but in this case, absolute power grabbed by prosecutors, like Mark E. Cullers, his assistants in the case – James Richard Terzian and Michele L. Thielhorn, Judge O’Neil, the IRS and scores of others, seems to have corrupted them absolutely. These people have forgotten the oath of allegiance to the Constitution they took while commencing their professional duties.
To cut the long story short, on the pretext of recovering imaginary back taxes from chiropractor, Vincent Steven Booth, the IRS, in cahoots with the public prosecutors, weaved a web of deception, lies, coercion, allurements and every other illegal means to convince the Grand Jury about the “alleged” guilt of Michael Ioane as chief architect of the evasion of taxes from the trust properties of Dr. Booth. In the process, the actors in this court-room drama committed a number of crimes themselves, the most serious being of prosecutorial misconduct of not just blatantly lying in front of the Judge and the jury, but also harassing Dr. Booth to the point where he had to make a U-turn on his earlier statement; thereby, implicating Michael Ioane.
This raises several pertinent questions on the intention and capabilities of the authorities who have allowed such a rigging of judicial system on a massive scale right under their nose. They have been a silent spectator to the gang rape of justice at the hands of those who were supposed to protect and uphold her.
Is Michael Ioane the only victim in this sordid saga? A BIG NO!! The players, like Cullers and O’Neil, are known bad boys in the judicial circles. They have systematically hijacked the judiciary and habitually act on their whims and caprices. Their mobocratic attitude is all too well known. The number of victims of this large-scale judicial murder is anybody’s guess.
Is this the democracy visualized by our founding fathers? Why is Obama administration in deep slumber even though this massacre of democracy has been going on for years? What is the wait for? Are we expecting a Godly interference? Should we allow this mob attitude to perpetuate? Will someone put his hand up to save America?
