Ioane’s Motion for Acquital or New Trial

On November 7, 2011 Mr. Ioane attorney Anthony Capozzi filed a motion for Judgement of Acquittal Pursuant to Rule 29 or as an alternative a Motion for Retrial Pursuant of Rule 33.

Goes to show there was a bogus indictment, bogus Jury Trial and bogus incarceration all for the purpose of stopping his multimillion dollar civil lawsuits he had against IRS before they made such accusations. When will the IRS finally stop harassing Mr. Ioane, or better yet when will the law actually defend his innocence.
